Refund Policy

At Solocation Vibez, we’re committed to providing high-quality products that enhance your
solo travel experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to
help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their
original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• It must be returned in the original packaging, including any tags or labels.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your
refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7
business days.
Non-refundable items include:
• Clearance or final sale items
To initiate a Return or Refund, please email us at solocationvibez.com with the following:
• Your order number (with return or refund included in subject line)
• Reason for return or refund
• A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us @
solocationvibez.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once placed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us right away. We’ll work with
you to resolve the issue promptly.
