At Solocation Vibez, we’re committed to delivering your travel essentials quickly and
reliably, so you can focus on vibing solo.


 Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll
see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
      *Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.*


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
• This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.


 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Solocation Vibez is
not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is missing:
• First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
• Then, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
• If the issue is unresolved, email us at solocationvibez.com, and we’ll do our best
to assist.


Eco-Friendly Packaging

We strive to use minimal and eco-conscious packaging whenever possible to reduce our
environmental impact.
